Brentwood Embroidery Ltd
-
Where are you based? We are based in Brentwood (Essex), however we are able to ship all over the world.
-
How do I place an order? There is no way you can directly order from our page. Since there are so many variants in every order we quote each job individually. Please get in touch with us and tell us your order requirements for a quote, and we can go from there.
-
What is your returns policy?Goods are accepted by arragement only. Since all of our products are customised, we will only accept returns if there is a fault caused by us, or if our quality of work is not up to standard. We are not liable if the customer has provided incorrect details, sizes and/or designs.
-
What format do you need artwork in?Where artwork is needed, we require a vector file in order to manipulate the design. If you can't provide one, we will be able to get one produced for you at a fee of £15.00 (+ VAT).
-
What is a vector format?Unlike JPEGs, GIFs, and BMP images, vector graphics are not made up of a grid of pixels. Instead, vector graphics are comprised of paths, which are defined by a start and end point, along with other points, curves, and angles along the way. Because vector-based images are not made up of a specific number of dots, they can be scaled to a larger size and not lose any image quality. If you blow up a raster graphic, it will look blocky, or "pixelated." When you blow up a vector graphic, the edges of each object within the graphic stay smooth and clean. This makes vector graphics ideal for logos, which can be small enough to appear on a business card, but can also be scaled to fill a billboard. File extensions: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, and sometimes .PDF (depending on how the file was produced). Vector definition source

Do you have a restricted colour chartThere are some limitations on the colours on all methods of customisation.
